We work on a standard hourly rate, so after the first month we can ascertain how much per
month the cost is likely to be.

How do I communicate with your professionals?

Telephone, e mail, fax, mobile – we’re here for your business all day, five days a week
(in some cases more!) We assign you an account manager which will control your account on a
daily basis, basically you have an ‘on tap’ accountant / Tax Advisor/ PA / Payroll Advisor/
Marketing Expert / Business Advisor and many more…….

Is there any face to face contact or are you all virtual?

We are all in a ‘real’ office together; so you can come and see us any time. In fact we are
always available to accompany you on meetings with finance providers or government agencies
or to make presentations with you or on your behalf.

I don’t have an office, I work from home and I’m in a bit of a mess paperwork wise is that
a problem?

It doesn’t matter to us if you work out of a cave in the Outer Hebrides! We’ll project that
all important business image for you. You will give the impression of having a large
professional staff base, we can even answer the telephone as your business via dedicated
lines.
